Very delicious, diverse breakfast is included in your room rate.

For an additional cost we offer lunch and candle lit dinners on our veranda. Since we serve a very filling breakfast, lunch is kept light with a selection of sandwiches served with fruit or salad.
Our dinner selection includes fish, diverse seafood, chicken and vegetarian meals prepared with the freshest ingredients. We prepare an eclectic mix of Panamanian and international cuisine customized to each of our guests needs and preferences. We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions.

Meals are served family style, meaning our guests dine together at our large table this way getting a chance to meet each other and share travel stories.  All day trips we offer will also give you the opportunity to eat on other Islands including Craw key, Bastimentos (Old Bank) and Bocas town.
